The Gilded Otter Brewing Company

Hello There!

I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day Weekend! I went up to New Paltz, NY to visit a good friend and we ended up visiting the Gilded Otter Brewing Company. What a great time! I immediately ordered the sampler and tried a bit of everything - what a selection! From light, nutty tasting beers to dark, rich oatmeal beers. And my personal favorite, the blueberry beer - with real blueberries!



The food was fantastic too! If you go, and I highly suggest that you do, you cannot sit there without trying the Cheese Curds! Fan-tas-tic! I know it sounds ominous, but trust me, you won't be sorry!


The steak dinner was delicious and cooked to perfection and the pear gorgonzola pizza with a mini mesculin salad on top was to die for! The atmosphere was fun, the bartenders were having fun behind the bar, the waiters and waitresses seemed to be a good mood (considering it was the end of a holiday weekend, I'm extra thankful for that!) and the ambiance was welcoming and homey... New Paltz is great, but this brewery makes the visit extra fun!



The bathrooms were clean too - bonus points!
